Acceleration Sports Team Training creates a positive learning environment dedicated to making teams of 10+ athletes stronger, faster and more efficient for their sport. No matter what sport your team plays, we can help reach your individualized goals and improve functional movement patterns in order to reach your goals and maximize your performance within the field of life. Coaches are certified strength and conditioning specialists (CSCS) that personalize team-training sessions for athletes based upon their specific sport or event.

60 minute session: $250 ($25 per person or less)
90 minute session: $300 ($30 per person or less)

Acceleration Sports Small Group Training consists of group sessions for 2 or more individuals of similar age and ability interested in improving their overall performance. Group sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each person to limit potential for injuries, improve functional movement patterns and maximize performance in sports and in life. Coaches are certified strength and conditioning specialists that personalize training sessions for athletes based upon their sport specific position or event.

Stacy Peterson, MA, CSCS, USAW, HHC
Founder, Acceleration Sports
Stacy Peterson is a qualified Sports Performance Coach, and founder of Acceleration Sports, working with individuals, groups and teams of athletes in the San Diego area. Peterson believes in training "the whole" athlete through proper sports performance training, nutrition, mental training, time management and injury prevention. In sports, just as in life, each area is unable to reach it's full potential without the help of another; they all go hand in hand to make the best athlete and individual.
Peterson has coached athletes to be stronger and faster for their sport at the NFL, CFL, MLS, and Triathlon professional levels, as well as collegiate Division I and II, High School and Junior High School levels. Peterson was the Director of Athletic Performance at the University of California San Diego and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach both at the University of California San Diego and American University, Washington, D.C. Peterson has coached athletes to perform better in baseball, basketball, crew, cross country, distance track, field hockey, gymnastics, lacrosse, soccer, softball, squash swimming and diving, tennis, triathlon, volleyball, water polo and wrestling.
Peterson has been selected to be an Assistant Swim Coach for The 2012 FINA Masters World Championships in Riccione, Italy. She will be training masters swimmers, answering long distance training questions leading up to the swim meet and coaching on deck throughout the June 2012 competition.
Peterson is a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was training in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she will help you create a completely personalized "rooadmap to health" that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals. Peterson was a Masters Swimming National Champion in the 100 backstroke, 100 freestyle and 50 freestyle, as well as two-time Masters Swimming National Record holder. While attaining her degree in Kinesiology, Peterson was a competitive Big West Division I swimmer at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where she was a finalist all four years in her top three events and a five-time individual school record-holder. While studying abroad, Peterson swam with the Australian National Swim Team working side-by-side in the water and weight room with Olympic medalists.
You might see Peterson during her down time with friends enjoying an ocean swim, going for a dip in the pool, playing a friendly game of beach volleyball, trail running, surfing or competing in masters swim meets throughout the country.

Boaz Ritblatt, PT, DPT, CSCS
Boaz is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and the Director of Functional Strength Training & Performance on the Evolve staff. Whether working with an individual one-on-one, a small group or team, Boaz believes that developing a well-balanced athlete includes dynamic flexibility, balance, core stability and explosive power in the prime movers of the sport. By tailoring his training to the specific needs of each person, Boaz limits potential for injuries, improves functional movement patterns and maximizes performance in sports and in life.
Using his knowledge of Applied Functional Science and certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Boaz has trained and treated Iron Man competitors, Tri-Athletes, Division I athletes and High School students competing in sports.
Boaz has participated in many sports such as water polo, hockey and full contact Taekwondo Sparring, where he won a Gold Medal in the 1998 U.S. Junior Olympics. In his spare time, Boaz enjoys running in marathons, playing golf, spending time with his wife.
