Fit 2 Live
Fit 2 Live is a group fitness class for those who have always been active and are now finding they want a safer and sometime less-agressive approach to their training. Performance used to be the priority, but every day functionality is now our purpose. Functionally-based exercise used to be a 'catch phrase' in fitness, and should still be the main focus in our movement activities. We are all aging, but want to continue to do most of the things we've always done! Let's be smart about how we move our bodies and learn why aches and pains of today can be alleviated by re-adjusting our chronic patterns of the past. Be Fit 2 Live!
