Your personal Golf FITNESS program begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your body - its strengths and its weaknesses. This evaluation is administered by a highly trained medial professional whose personal golf handicap is 0 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in examining musculoskeletal injuries and imbalances and devising rehabilitation programs to effectively and efficiently treat these maladies.
Your personal evaluation addresses each of the following:
Flexibility Posture Rotational Mobility Power Spinal Range of Motion Balance Core Stability Strength
You will receive an individualized Golf FITNESS exercise and stretching program that will address the challenges discovered during your evaluation. A re-evaluation will be provided for you in order to continue to evolve your personalGolf FITNESS program, which will allow you to maximize your golf game and eliminate pain or the possibility of injury.
