I have come to the conclusion, reluctantly that EVERYONE has some form of stress in their life...however, it seems few of us have a strategy in place to handle this constant companion. Here are a few tips and the link to the entire article.
Use Breathing Exercises: These exercises can be done by anyone at anytime. Progressive Muscle Relaxation: This technique enables you to completely relax all of the muscles in your body quickly. Mini-Meditation: Meditation is very easy to learn and a mere 5 minutes can make a significant difference in stress levels. Aromatherapy: There are so many wonderful aromatherapy products available today. Pick one up for your office and home! Quick Burst of Exercise: Take the stairs, do some push-ups, walk around your building... Have a Good Laugh! It is hard to stay stressed when you are laughing!

Great tip about how medication can be super helpful with professional PT help. I just had leg surgery and have trouble with mobility. I'll have to seek out some flexibility exercises.
